Each holiday season, Tustin Pride and the City's contracted waste management company, CR&R, recycle Christmas trees. Tustin Pride sets up a collection location at the parking lot of the Columbus Tustin Park during the first weekend of the New Year.
Citizens are encouraged to bring their trees to the collection area. The collected trees are shredded on-site by CR&R and made available for ground cover. We are currently collecting 350 to 400 trees per season.
