Code Enforcement investigates and enforces the City municipal code, which encompasses the following codes: the sign code, zoning code, property maintenance, business license requirements, noise regulations and water quality laws. Code Enforcement also responds to complaints of the Uniform Housing Code and complaints of construction without a permit. Code Enforcement also works with local, state, county and law enforcement agencies.
