Housing
The Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency is responsible for the administration of the City's Residential Rehabilitation Program. The Program is meant to provide financial incentives to property owners in designated areas of the City to stimulate beautification efforts and rehabilitation of residential properties. There are four programs available at this time.
- Single Family Grant Program
- Single Family Loan Program
- Multifamily Grant Program
- Multifamily Loan Program
Eligible Property Owners
- Low and moderate-income homeowners
- Multi-family property owners with low to moderate income tenants.

A variety of exterior improvements, including, but not limited to:

- Existing fence and wall replacement or repair

- Water-conserving landscaping

Available Funding
- Single Family Grant Program - $5,500
- Single Family Loan Program – up to $10,000 depending on household income
- Multifamily Matching Grant Program - $7,000
- Multifamily Loan Program - $25,000
