The City of Tustin entered into an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) with OliverMcMillan on November 3, 2015 to prepare a viable concept and business plan for 123 acres of the "Community Core." The planning process will take time due to the existing physical complexity of the land to be reviewed and milestones that include programming and design charrettes.
