Program Overview

The City of Tustin has teamed up with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County to offer a Home Repair Program for low and moderate-income Tustin homeowners who are seniors (62+), disabled, or veterans. This program provides grants of up to $15,000 for essential home repairs, with a focus on improving the health and safety of the home.   • Plumbing
  • Heating
  • Electrical
  • Windows
  • Roofing
  • Paint
  • ADA Improvements
  • Lead-based Paint/Asbestos Abatement

Eligibility

To qualify for the program, applicants must:

  • Be low to moderate-income Tustin homeowners who are seniors (62+), disabled, or veterans.
  • Own and occupy the home as their primary residence.
  • Own a single-family residence, townhome, condominium, or manufactured home.
