TUSTIN, CA – Please join the City of Tustin on August 25 at 5:00 pm as we officially open Victory Park located at 3300 Park Avenue.
Victory Park is the latest park to be developed on the Tustin Legacy. St. Anton Partners constructed the 5-acre public park as part of the Anton Legacy Development agreement and Victory Park was conveyed to the City at the end of July.
"I'm very excited to see this park open," said Mayor Chuck Puckett. "Victory Park is a great addition to Tustin's already outstanding park system."
The park is themed and dedicated to the men and women who served on former Tustin Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) and features a large interactive playground, a grassy play mound with lookout point, a picnic pavilion and BBQ facilities, shaded respite cabanas, a great lawn area and a Victory Garden with educational opportunities related to the Tustin Hangars.
The Grand Opening will include remarks by the Mayor and introductions of the City Council and other officials. The park will officially be open to the public following the ribbon cutting.
