June 9, 2016 marked the City of Tustin's 21st State of the City address. The event was co-sponsored by the City and Tustin Chamber of Commerce.
The new Tustin Community Center at the Market Place was the perfect setting for Mayor Nielsen as his address included a video highlighting what's going on in town and featured several special guests.
This year's State of the City included an update of current and new development projects in Tustin Legacy including a new commercial center, new creative office development and the groundbreaking for the Tustin Army Reserve Center. The presentation also included a snapshot of a Downtown Commercial Core Plan which will improve signage, offer outdoor dining areas and improve mobility on Main Street.
