Implementation programs and incentives that benefit our residential and/or commercial property owners include:

The Mills Act Historic Property Preservation Agreement, an economic incentive program that allows eligible homeowners to enter into a contract with the City for a reduction in property taxes to preserve or restore their historic homes. The Historic Register Plaque Program allows homeowners to educate the public, increase public interest in historic properties and promote community pride by displaying a bronze plaque on their building.
The Commendation Program, which recognizes outstanding properties;
The Tustin Pioneer Program, which enables community organizations and individuals to honor Tustin Pioneers by providing funding for life-size bronze busts and plaque to be placed in various locations throughout the city.
