Applications: Residential Allocation Reservation (RAR) 2019-00001; Design Review (DR) 2017-0016; Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2017-025; Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) 2017-00002; 20% Density Bonus, Variances for Open Space and Building Height and a Waiver of Parkland Dedication In-Lieu Fees for a Mixed Use Project Containing 249 Residential Units and 7,000 Square feet of Retail Commercial Space.

The applicant has withdrawn the applications for the project (summarized below) and is proposing to resubmit a new application at a future date.

project Description

Demolition of the existing office building at 13751 Red Hill Avenue and construction of a new, 249-unit apartment (238 market rate units and 11 affordable units) building on two lots (13751 and 13841 Red Hill Avenue) located within the Red Hill Avenue Specific Plan area. The project consists of a five (5) story apartment building, 7,000 square feet of retail commercial space and a 6-level parking structure with 427 parking spaces.
