City Public Counter Services: Effective immediately, all City public counter services will be performed by City staff online, or by telephone. Access to City facilities will be limited to in-person meetings by appointment only, as necessary.

Business License

City Clerk’s Office

•   The City Council meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 4:30 p.m. for Closed Session and 5:30 p.m. for the Regular Meeting.  The public can view the meetings on the City’s website or local Cox Channel 851.  Public comments can be submitted to cityclerk@tustinca.org for distribution to the City Council.

•    Notary services have been temporarily suspended.

Parks and Recreation

 •      All Tustin parks are open for passive walking and/or bicycling only, but all park amenities are closed including parking lots, restrooms, playgrounds, sports fields, courts, fitness equipment and picnic facilities.

•     Public events, programs and classes at City facilities: all events and classes sponsored by the City or scheduled at City facilities (such as community events, citizens’ academy and sports leagues) through the middle of May have been cancelled or postponed to dates to be determined.

•      Private events at City facilities: all events scheduled at City facilities (such as parties, wedding receptions, and nonprofit events) through the end of April have been cancelled or postponed to dates to be determined.

•    Planning for summer programs, classes, camps and events is currently underway, including production of the Summer Tustin Today which will be sent out in early May.

•    Meals on Wheels service and food distributions for Tustin seniors are available on a weekly basis.  continuing on a modified basis at the Tustin Area Senior Center.

•    Senior transportation for medical appointments and grocery shopping is available on an appointment basis.

Water billing
