City Public Counter Services: Effective immediately, all City public counter services will be performed by City staff online, or by telephone. Access to City facilities will be limited to in-person meetings by appointment only, as necessary.

Business License

  • Commencing on November 1, 2020 and continuing thereafter, the Business License program shall resume.

City Clerk’s Office

  • All business must be conducted via telephone, e-mail, or mail.  
  • The City Council meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 4:30 p.m. for Closed Session and 5:30 p.m. for the Regular Meeting.  The public can view the meetings on the City’s website or local Cox Channel 851.  Public comments can be submitted to cityclerk@tustinca.org for distribution to the City Council.  
  • Mail services will continue to operate. 
  • Notary services have been temporarily suspended.

Parks and Recreation

  • Staff is available for public inquiries via telephone, e-mail, or mail Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • All Tustin parks are open, but all park patrons must follow all State and County guidelines
  • Facility and picnic shelter reservations will not be permitted until further notice
  • Tennis and pickleball court reservations are permitted and can be made by calling the Tustin Parks and Recreation Department
  • Youth sports organizations may conduct training, conditioning and physical fitness activities on sports fields by permit only, but games, scrimmages and tournaments are prohibited
  • All Adult Sports Leagues are postponed until further notice
  • The Tustin Area Senior Center is closed until further notice but virtual classes and activities are being offered and weekly food distributions through Meals on Wheels OC and Second Harvest Food Bank are ongoing.  In addition, the Transportation Program is available by appointment only.  Call (714) 573-3340 for more information.
  • Recreation classes and activities that can be conducted within State and County guidelines are available.  More information can be found in the virtual Tustin Today activities guide available online at tustinca.org/parksandrec
  • Planning for the modification of community events through December is currently underway to ensure compliance with all applicable State and County guidelines
  • Private events at City indoor facilities (such as parties, wedding receptions, and nonprofit events) are prohibited until further notice
