Voluntary Evacuations Lifted for tustin 

At this time, the voluntary evacuation warning has been lifted off of Pioneer Road and Jamboree Road, north of Portola to include Tustin Ranch Estates, Emerson Homes, Peters Canyon, Barcelona Homes and any other homes in the area.


Enforcement for permit parking and street sweeping has been CANCELLED for Tuesday, 10/27/20

10/26/2020 Silverado Fire 

City of Tustin Requests Voluntary Evacuations Due to the Silverado Fire


The Tustin Police Department is currently working with the Irvine Police Department to assist with mandatory evacuations in the City of Irvine due to the Silverado Fire.  At this time, the City of Tustin and the Tustin Police Department are requesting voluntary evacuations for residents and businesses off of Pioneer Road and Jamboree Road, north of Portola to include Tustin Ranch Estates, Emerson Homes, Peters Canyon, Barcelona Homes and any other homes in the area.

The City of Tustin Emergency Operations Center (EOC) has been fully activated to manage this incident and is actively working with the American Red Cross to coordinate evacuation efforts.

Additionally, State Route 241 is closed from Santiago Canyon Road to State Route 133.  

OC Animal Control has their large animal evacuation team on standby and in the event public assistance is needed, can be contacted at 714-935-6848.

Evacuation Information at Columbus Tustin Park 

Residents who cannot (or don’t want to) return home, are encouraged to stay with families and/or friends if possible or use their own resources to secure a hotel room.  For people who don’t have those resources, there will be information at the Evacuation Information Location on possible sheltering operations. People will be asked to remain in their cars, but they will also be permitted to use the restroom at the Columbus Tustin Recreation Center. Waters and snacks will be available. Columbus Tustin Park is located at 17522 Beneta Way and information will be available until 11:30 pm this evening, October 26.
