City Attorney
The City Attorney is responsible for representational advice to the City Council, the Successor Agency to the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency, Boards, Commissions, and all City officers and staff in all matters of law pertaining to the City.

City Clerk
As a service-oriented division of your local government, the City Clerk's Office assists and supports the public and City departments by making available the records necessary for the City to advance its administrative, legal, and legislative functions.
