Bill was raised in Massachusetts. He graduated from UMass with an Engineering Degree and then from the University of Texas with his Masters of Business Administration (MBA). In 1997, he moved from Dallas to California with his wife, Tammy.
After 32 years in the high-tech industry, Bill left and started his own small business, Black Parrot Sign Studio, in the City of Tustin in 2014. They went on to win the Chamber’s Business of the Year award the very next year (2015).
Service to the Community
Bill tries to be as involved as possible in the Tustin community. Besides serving on the CAB, he is a member of the local Rotary Club, Elks Club and Big Brothers, Big Sisters organization. He is especially involved with the Tustin Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to serving as the Chairman for 2017 to 2018.
Bill and Tammy have been married for 20 years and have two teenage daughters (as well as 3 dogs, 4 Koi and a turtle).
