Income Limits

Each year, the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) establishes income limits for each County based on the median income of each County. The current income limits for Tustin are listed in the table below and are calculated at 50% for Very-Low, 80% for Low, and 120% for Moderate, of the Area Median Income for Orange County. Please note that if your income exceeds the amounts listed below, you do not qualify for any of the affordable housing programs in Tustin. Income levels were published by HCD on May 13, 2022.
