A Message from Tustin Police Chief Stu Greenberg

In the current climate, law enforcement practices and policies are being scrutinized more than ever. Questions are continually being raised about police use of force, the type and frequency of training officers receive, and what law enforcement is doing to maintain the trust of the community they serve. The Tustin Police Department felt it was important to address these questions, therefore, Chief Greenberg prepared a written response addressing all of these concerns.

For decades, the Tustin Police Department has been on the forefront of progressive community policing. We not only say we are ingrained in the community, our actions prove we are. We recently rolled out the first video of a multi-weekly video series aimed to highlight the relationship we have with our community. The first video can be seen on the Tustin Police Department website and on our social media platforms. The video series will culminate with a virtual community dialogue and further details will be announced soon.
