The public, especially seniors, are invited to relax at the center to cool down. Water will be made available. No special activities are planned, but those seeking respite from the heat are welcome to sit in the auditorium and enjoy a book or magazine, socialize, or watch a movie. The Tustin Area Senior Center is located at 200 S. C Street in Tustin and the phone number is (714) 573-3340.

In accordance with State and County guidelines related to COVID-19, participants will be required to wear a mask/face covering at all times and maintain a six-foot distance from other attendees.

The Senior Citizen Heat Advisory Program, administered by the City of Tustin’s Parks and Recreation Services Department, is employed when the second consecutive day of temperatures attains 95 degrees or a Heat Index of 95 degrees is reached or forecasted.  Immediately upon the declaration of this advisory, the program will open.
