We accept records requests via one of the below methods. Please have your Application for Release of Information Form ready and filled out, along with a copy of your valid state-issued identification, or passport (for identity verification purposes).  Please include your email address and a phone number where we can reach you.

1. Tustin PD front counter during regular front counter operating hours.
2. Tustin PD Records Unit Fax (714-730-8027).
3. By mail (please make sure you have your return address, email address, and a phone number on the application).
4. Lexis Nexis - If you would like to obtain your traffic collision report now, visit Lexis Nexis (link here). Lexis Nexis only has traffic collision reports available and does not offer crime reports.

COST

There is no cost for a copy of a crime or traffic report from Tustin PD.  Lexis Nexis assesses a convenience fee of $10 per report to retrieve and print your traffic collision report.
