Field Allocation Meetings

Sports leagues and private organizations needing continuous sports field reservations for practice and games are invited to participate in the facility allocation process, which regulates the use of both lighted and unlighted sports fields during recognized sports seasons.

Non-Resident

All organizations are considered non-resident until a roster of participants can be produced showing that the majority of the participants in their organization are Tustin residents.

Long-Term Use

If your athletic organization is interested in the long-term use of these facilities, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Facility Allocation Packet
2. Print information and return completed packet to:

   Tustin, CA 92780
3. Prior to the start of your activity, submit to the Tustin Parks and Recreation the following:
   1. Copy of liability insurance
      1. The City of Tustin requires a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of 1 million dollars naming the City of Tustin as Additional Insured.
      2. The “Certificate Holder” must precisely read:
         The City of Tustin
         Its Elective and Appointive Boards, Officers, Agents, and Employees
         300 Centennial Way
         Tustin, CA 92780
   2. The City of Tustin also requires 3 endorsements and each must reference the policy number:
      1. Additional Insured Endorsement
      2. 30-Day Cancellation Endorsement
      3. Primary and Non-Contributory Endorsement
