The City, through its broker PRES, released an offering for 150 E First Street in the Downtown Commercial Core Specific Plan area on Friday June 27th. The City will consider any proposals that comply with existing zoning. Initial offers are due within sixty days. The City may decide to proceed with additional rounds of the offering depending on initial offers.
