Roadwork Notice: El Camino Real Main Line Relocation Project
Starting Monday, September 22, the City will begin relocating 500 feet of City-owned water main on El Camino Real (Red Hill Ave – Browning Ave) to support the I-5 Irvine–Tustin Project led by OCTA and Caltrans. This work will help accommodate improvements at the Red Hill Avenue off-ramp.
During construction, traffic will be limited to one lane with flaggers during work hours and two-way traffic will be restored
after hours. Please expect traffic delays and consider using alternate routes. Thank you for your patience!
Construction Schedule: September 22, 2025 - October 31, 2025
