The City of Tustin’s Business Concierge Program is a component of the Streamline Tustin initiative, designed to simplify and accelerate the process of starting or expanding a business in Tustin. This complimentary service offers personalized guidance through all City approval processes, from permitting and zoning to business licensing, by connecting entrepreneurs directly with staff from Economic Development, Community Development, Public Works, City Clerk, and Finance. By providing a single point of contact and coordinating interdepartmental support, the Business Concierge Program takes the guesswork out of opening a business and helps ensure a smooth, efficient experience for new and existing business owners.
