The City, through its broker JLL, released an Offering Memorandum (OM) for 11 acres in the Pacific Center East Specific Plan area on Wednesday June 4. While current zoning allows for office and commercial, the offering indicates that the City will consider any land use as part of the offering process. Initial offers are due within sixty days with additional requirements for a shortlist beyond that.
