In 2021, the City of Tustin conducted a citywide residential parking evaluation to improve the parking experience for residents and their guests and to review potential updates to the Preferential Permit Parking Program.
Through a series of community workshops and a comprehensive evaluation of parking conditions across the City, the Tustin Residential Parking Action Plan was developed. The plan was presented to the City Council on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, and formally adopted at that meeting.
