About
The City of Tustin is committed to providing quality housing for its residents, including our veterans. Although finding affordable housing in Orange County is difficult, the City has led the charge in constructing new affordable housing and converting existing affordable units into units for homeless veterans.
In 2014, the City partnered with the Orange County Rescue Mission to convert two fourplexes owned by the City into homes for homeless veterans. The Rescue Mission and the City received national recognition for their efforts and hope to be able to find other opportunities to serve the homeless veteran community. Please visit our affordable housing page to learn more about other housing opportunities in the City.
