The City entered into a DDA with CalAtlantic (recently acquired by Lennar) on February 6, 2018, for development of 218 residential units comprised of single-family detached cluster homes, row townhomes, and motor court flats. Levity is an approximately 15-acre site located adjacent to the Greenwood in Tustin Legacy community that was developed by CalAtlantic and Brookfield.
The homes are designed in a contemporary architectural style with flat roofs, upper floor rooftop decks, and balconies that will provide outdoor living opportunities with views of the local mountains and city lights. The strategic placement of windows is a distinctive feature of the homes and serve to provide great natural lighting and minimize the use of stucco material.
Levity features three unique product types: Fleet (townhomes, 1,371-2,144 Square Feet), Velocity (flats, 1,485-2,966 Square Feet), and Icon (single family detached, 1,957-2,688 Square Feet) and is bordered by Tustin Ranch Road to the west, Victory Road to the south, Park Avenue to the east and future Moffett Drive to the north.
