The entire ATEP campus, when complete, will sit on approximately 65 acres.

The first permanent ATEP building (the IDEA Building) is operated by Irvine Valley College is located at the corner of Lansdowne Road and Valencia Avenue. This 32,492 square foot building was completed in December 2017 and focuses on career technical education by including classrooms, specialized teaching labs, a certified testing center, economic and workforce development offices and a student resource center.

The second permanent building is currently under construction and will be operated by Saddleback College. This building will feature two components, one being a culinary arts training facility and the other being an automotive tech hub. Construction began in January 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2024.

Opportunities exist for noneducational opportunities. More information can be found on the ATEP website.
