About
The Tustin Unified School District (TUSD) has 18 elementary schools, a Kindergarten through 8th-grade school, 5 middle schools, 4 high schools, and alternative and adult education programs within TUSD boundaries which include the City of Tustin, City of Irvine and County unincorporated areas. Tustin Legacy residents living west of Jamboree Road reside within this school district's boundaries.
The City and TUSD approved a plan in 2015 to build a middle and high school at the corner of Valencia Avenue and Tustin Ranch Road. The agreement also allowed Heritage Elementary School to open for the start of the 2016/2017 school year.
