Overview
The goal of an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan (PROW) is to provide public accessibility to all users. The City has a plan to ensure all roads, sidewalks, intersections, and trails located in the public right-of-way comply with the accessibility standards set by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The ADA Transition Plan (PROW) provides a better understanding of the City of Tustin's public infrastructure and identifies needs concerning compliance with accessibility standards. This includes pedestrian ramps, sidewalks, and intersections. The plan also helps the city prioritize future investments toward full compliance.
